Nick is off on his travels again, this time Canada to take part in the Yukon Artic Ultra, details at https://arcticultra.de/
Starting on 1st Feb the Yukon Arctic Ultra Race is probably the world's coldest and toughest ultra-marathon, over 300 miles of snow and ice with temperatures as low as -40°C.
Nick will be “racing” alone, sleep is limited, as he’s hoping to cover 40 miles or more each day to avoid disqualification, whilst dragging a heavy sled containing all his equipment.
Nick is raising money for the Rob George Foundation http://therobgeorgefoundation.co.uk/
and you can sponsor him at

Everyone at the Rugby Club wishes him well and hopefully he’ll be back in time to put his boots on for the tour game in Omagh
