Bolton hit the road again with a visit to Wigton

On the back of an 11 try win over Silloth, Bolton must travel to 4th placed Wigton with at least one league place at stake.

Given Bolton's recent run of form on the road many can be forgiven for writing the Cherry and Whites off, however last Saturdays fixture produced some sublime rugby that was, at times, unplayable. Boltons' away problems have largely been down to lack of consistency, with unavailability playing its part, but this weekend they are hopeful of a strong team to get on the bus for what will no doubt be an extremely testing game.

Aldwinians play host to Aspatria who go into the game on a 4 match winning streak, topped off with a 73-12 win over early contenders Oldham. With the men from Bower Park on such a role and with promotion their primary objective they will likely be expectant of handing Winnie's their first home defeat of the season.

Fleetwood saved face with a last minute penalty to draw the game against Wigton last weekend but will be hoping for a better performance this weekend when they host Upper Eden who finally earned their first win against Trafford MV at the Graveyard. Fleetwood remain top and are still the only undefeated team with Saturdays draw their only blemish.

Oldham will look to get back up and running when they play host to lowly Workington. The Zebra's woes continued with a 21-15 loss at home to Littleborough. Oldham on the other hand will not be happy with their performance against Aspatria and will be targeting an immediate response.

De La Salle have kindly agreed to switch their away fixture at Silloth to a home one, allowing the Silloth lads to enjoy the Grand Final later on in the afternoon. With the lure of the Rugby League final to get them on the bus, Silloth could very well travel with a strong side, but at home De La Salle are a tough nut to crack and given recent results this looks like it can only go one way.

Finally, Hawcoat Park travel to Trafford MV on the back of a win at home over Aldwinians. Trafford experienced their 3rd loss of the season away at Upper Eden so will be hoping to bounce back this coming weekend. They are still missing experienced kicker Ben Wheeler who was subject to a red card earlier in the season and this appears to be having a detrimental effect so far.
