Dreams and Nightmares in a bizarre match

Bolton have had a dream start to the season, Heaton Moor - by their own admission - a nightmare. So there was only ever going to be one result. Except whilst Bolton were still away with the fairies, Heaton Moor woke from their horror show and the result wasn't pretty.
Played as 4 quarters to assist with substitutions, within a minute a quickly taken penalty saw the visitors go 1 up and they added another after 5 minutes when Bolton lost the ball at the breakdown. 8 minutes in, a dominant scrum saw scrum half Jack Good make an incisive break, although tackled just short the ball was recycled for Louie Ramm go over to make it 5-10. Heaton Moor then scored 3 unanswered tries.
The second quarter was a stalemate, until the last minute, the referee's whistle went and as Bolton trudged off a quickly taken penalty saw the Moor increase their lead. HT 5-30.
Whatever was said at half time worked. Louie scored in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd minutes, Luke Parry then scored his 1st of the season with a jinking run down the left. Daniel McGuiness then drove over from short range to make it 30-30. With Bolton truly rampant Josh Bentley-Hughes added 2 more down the left to make it 40-30.
Obviously Bolton had it sussed, er 'no'. Reverting to the dis-jointed style that saw them ship 5 tries in the 1st quarter and coupled with some individual errors Heaton Moor took their chances and ran in 4 unanswered tries to make the final score 40-50.
A lot to think about for the Bolton team, not least because they play Heaton Moor in the 'Waterfall' in 5 weeks. Hopefully the missing players will follow the example of the 3rd quarter.
