Bolton U15's Hosted Blackburn and Both teams were up for the match right from the start, however, Bolton's lack of concentration let them down and within five minutes Blackburn were one try up. After a stiff talking to under the sticks the lads got their act together and a great break from Louis Townsend, gave the forwards the chance to use their pick up and go strengths. This led to a great rolling maul paving the way for Cameron Barber to get our Bolton’s first try. Blackburn came right back at the home side and got registered another try straight from the kick off. As half time loomed Cameron Barber broke away from the ruck attacking the white line again. The second half saw the play staying in the middle of the pitch with both teams finding it hard to break away, however, George Smith broke the deadlock with a fantastic clearing kick right to Blackburn’s corner flag which allowed Jack Robinson jump on the ball to get his name on the score sheet and put Bolton ahead. Unfortunately, there was still sufficient time for Blackburn to pull level. Man of the match Bhavik Raghu
