Bolton U19s played Ormskirk at home and after a late start due to travelling delays for the visitors, the home team continued where they left off last week with lots of pressure on the opposition’s line resulting in opening try for Robbie Brown, his first for the club. Bolton had a man advantage throughout the game due to the limited number of Ormskirk players but failed to fully capitalise on it. However they did succeed in scoring further tires through James Timms, who then converted it and a final one from Liam Hampson. Ormskirk kept on playing through out and were rewarded with a consolation try before the end, as well as being judged to have been held up at two other attempts. Bolton face League leaders Oldershaw away in Wallasey next Sunday so will have much stiffer challenge there; but will come into it off back to back wins.
