Under 16’s 2016/17
Pre-season training commences on Thursday the 3rd July at 6pm and will be fitness based training with no contact.
There will be Sunday morning sessions at the Club in August from 1030am until 12pm and these will introduce line outs for the forwards and moves for the backs, coming together at the end for non-contact rugby.
Rugby training proper starts on Sunday the 6th September and will involve full contact training and drills and each Sunday thereafter until the first competitive match.
Thursday night training will revert to our normal time of 6pm until 730pm at the Club until the winter venue kicks in.
The winter venue and dates have not been decided as yet.
