Bolton U16's v Ormskirk B Sunday 12th Sept 2010

We welcomed new players Joe beavis and Tom for their debuts

The visitors started a man down and with some positional changes in the front
row

Bolton took full advantage with a series of 1st half forward drives resulting in
tries for Gareth Pritchard, Daniel Doyle, Nathan stansfield and Richard
Gallacher

Gareth Pricthchard scored again at the beginning of the 2nd half.

However the strong Ormskirk pack then got going and the rest of the 2nd half was
a fairly attritional forward contest, the Ormskirk fly-half taking advantage of
the wet conditions to launch a serires of probing kicks

In a rare break-out from the stalemate Piers Crowther crossed on the wing

Ormskirk then established a goal-line siege and were only denied what would have
been a fully deserved score by some strong defensive tackling
