Mixed fortunes for U7s and U8s at Wigan

Bolton Under 8's made the short trip to Wigan were they faced a well drilled unit. From the off however Bolton made good use of the ball to score out wide through Marcus Williams & Robert Murray. In defence they were solid with great tagging from Tom Brocklehurst and when an injury to Marcus Williams happened early in the second half Ll the team worked extra hard with some great individual tries from Euan James and Patrick Markey.

Bolton Under 7s were very much a rookie team but showed rocky determination in a hard fought 12 v 9 in Wigan's favour. Lincoln Fielding and Sam Krause made good ground from the deadball situation. Liam Worswick and Cameron Hall were on hand to get the ball over the line.
