Ending the season on a high is the aim of every team and coming off the back of a convincing win in the Vase final a week earlier Bolton knew the pressure was off for this match. They also knew that previous matches with West Park had ended in heavy defeats. Bolton played with a fludity and freedom that comes from a confident winning team. Attacking from the beginning and setting up multiple phases of posession it was only a matter of time before the tries came. Outstanding centre Alex Tonge running in 4 tries using his pace and power, flanker Jordan Griffiths also powering over twice for the forwards. When the ball is played to wingers Joe Brooks and Issac Woods in the right areas, their sheer pace makes them uncatchable as West Park discovered three times. The forwards had an excellent game and were powerhouses throughout allowing scrum half Jamie Price and Dylan Hill time and space to use the Bolton centres with devastating results. Captain Jimmy Holland and Alex Tonge adding the conversions the final score Bolton 59 - West Park 5
