Lots going on over summer for those interested in playing. Touch Rugby (social & competition), BMF fitness, leading up to pre-season in July + August.

Below is the official off season / pre season schedule. I know there’s been some early messages flying about, but we wanted to lock it down and confirm what the club is hosting for you over the off season.

MAY
Tuesdays: (starts 10/may, next week)
- BMF fitness session 7pm - 8pm (BMF) (players only)

Thursdays:
- Touch Rugby 7pm – 8pm (starts 5/may)
- followed by Clearview Cup (starts 12/may) [You need to register to play, either direct with Lou or in the App]

Saturdays: (starts 07/may)
- BMF fitness session 9.30am - 10.30am (players only)

JUNE
Tuesdays:
- BMF fitness session 7pm - 8pm (players only)
- Touch Rugby 8pm - 9pm

Thursdays:
- Touch Rugby followed by Clearview Cup 7pm - 8pm

Saturdays:
- BMF fitness session 9.30am - 10.30am (players only)

JULY / AUGUST
Tuesdays:
- BMF Fitness session 7pm - 8pm (players only)
- Touch Rugby / Pre Season 8pm - 9pm

Thursdays:
- Pre Season 7pm - 8.15pm

Saturday:
- BMF Fitness session 9.30am - 10.30am (players only)

*Touch Rugby will be split into two games based on skill set, so you can choose which level suits you best.

*BMF granting access to physio room training area for use outside of the above timetabled sessions (subject to their timetable - and keyholder availability - see Will)

*BMF offering conditioning and weights programmes for personal use to those that attend the sessions

*BMF sessions are for players only !

*Bolton Rugby Club gym open for usage as usual subject to key holders (See Will)

*First BMF session on Sat May 7th from 9.30am… x1 to x3 rep max testing across core exercises. Sat Aug 27th repeat testing (if no game) - prizes for most improved / most weight lost etc over pre season. (Please confirm if you can attend on the 7th - to Will)

*Clearview Cup consists of randomly mixed teams to compete for a cash prize over the summer period - played in teams of 5 or 7 players subject to numbers - See Lou for more info
